REGULACIONES DE COTIZACIONES

Las regulaciones fijan:

  • términos, utilizados en operaciones de trading del cliente;
  • principios de trading con margen;
  • reglas de apertura/cierre de posiciones, disposición/eliminación, cambio y cumplimiento de órdenes pendientes;
  • orden de autorización del cliente, así como orden de protocolización de operaciones del Cliente en el sistema de trading MetaTrader 4;
  • procedimiento para establecer disputas, etc.

Contrato

El contrato contiene reglas de cooperación del cliente y Ester Holdings Inc. Las responsabilidades de las partes en cuanto al cumplimiento de sus obligaciones están definidas en él.
